"I learned that true transformation begins with surrender. When I placed God at the center of my life, I began to see my health differently. Food became fuel, movement became a blessing, and caring for the body God entrusted to me became an act of worship." - Cathleen Lerew, The Bodybuilding Potter."

Clothed in Christ. What does it mean to be clothed in Christ?
When I step onto a bodybuilding stage, people see the outside—my physique, suit, hair, posing, and presentation. But none of those things tell them who I truly am. The same is true for all of us. Being clothed in Christ means allowing Jesus to shape how we think, what we focus on, how we speak, who we are becoming, what we do, and where we choose to walk.
Head: what fills my thoughts?
Eyes: what captures my attention? Mouth: do my words reflect Christ? Heart: what is growing within me? Hands: how am I serving others? Feet: am I willing to walk with God even when others don't?
Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. These are the qualities I want others to experience through my life.
Galatians 3:27: 'For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.'
Foundation truth: What I wear does not define who I am. What I look like does not define who I am. I belong to Christ, and I choose to reflect Him wherever I go.
I am clothed in Christ.
“For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” — Galatians 3:27
