Emerge Coaching is not your everyday fitness and nutrition-based program.  It works by renewing our mind to transform from the inside out.  We unlearn the ways of diet culture and build our God-centered health lifestyle foundation.  This is a slow process but unlike today's face paced world - this God-centered lifestyle is not only sustainable but abundant!

Our coaching is unique and highly effective.  This virtual monthly coaching offers foundational work, a monthly nutrition and fitness focus, a faith study, online fellowship, and future planning.  

All work is done with a basis of self-control (a fruit of the Holy Spirit) and gratitude.  

This ongoing coaching is celebrated with a testimony share once a year.  As you build your God-centered foundation you will have joined many other women who are doing the same.  This fellowship of women believers is powerful!  This celebration is held each June as we gather as a team.   Each team member is encouraged to share a short testimony of their personal transformation to date.  The healthier we are the better we can serve God and serve one another.   This is a fun and stress-free, yet now required, event! Coach Cathleen will make sure you're ready for every step. After all, stepping out of our comfort zone is where the real growth happens! 

 New team members who join around June will be encouraged to attend the celebration but will not participate, as the coaching curriculum will not be complete in time for the event. They will be fully prepared for the next celebration.
