- I am a master potter and I have my work in all 50 states and 17 countries.

- I help my husband with his professional audio/visual business.
- I am a natural master figure bodybuilding competitor.
- I am a black belt in karate.
- I am a God-centered lifestyle coach.
My lifestyle is full of both “Yes” and “Amen” in both my decision making and my movements.
I've Suffered... I Answered
The Official Healing Story Continues...
I have suffered, dealt with severe depression, and wanted to give up.
In the fall of 2020, God placed a healing journey on my heart. Like other life callings, I thought He must be nuts! He spoke to my heart telling me that after 21 years, I would be walking on the bodybuilding stage once more. I would be a bodybuilder once again. I would glorify Him throughout the journey. My prayers for physical and emotional healing had been answered.
January 2021 began my physical healing journey.
This journey has been full of God glorifying self-control and self-discipline! What an incredible ride!
I learned self-control on the smallest tasks which lead to larger goals being achieved.
With self-control I was able to "hush" the noise of the world and develop a deeper God-centered lifestyle.
I Serve
It was on my heart to help others desiring a similar path. With this, in March 2023, I started “Him Centered Coaching” through my outreach based pottery and arts studio called Under The Horizon, LLC.
The Bodybuilding Potter became a sister-business to the pottery and officially opened for business in 2023.
I am not a pastor, trainer or nutritionist. I am a woman who has seen the amazing healing of God, walked, and continues to walk, the path of a God-centered lifestyle. I research and seek tools to utilize in order to glorify God through self-control while achieving my life's goals.
Having "been-there-done-that" I have the tools and understanding to help you work towards a lifestyle with a basis of self-control, that builds freedom and is anchored in growing of your faith.
