- I am a master potter and I have my work in all 50 states and 17 countries.
- I own a successful outreach-based pottery studio.
- I help my husband with his professional audio/visual business.
- I am a natural master figure bodybuilding competitor.
- I am a black belt in karate.
- I am a God-centered lifestyle coach.
My lifestyle is full of both “Yes” and “Amen” in both my decision making and my movements.

The Official Healing Story Continues...
I have suffered, dealt with severe depression, and wanted to give up.
In the fall of 2020, God placed a healing journey on my heart. Like other life callings, I thought He must be nuts! He spoke to my heart telling me that after 21 years, I would be walking on the bodybuilding stage once more. I would be a bodybuilder once again. I would glorify Him throughout the journey. My prayers for physical and emotional healing had been answered.
January 2021 began my physical healing journey.
This journey has been full of God glorifying self-control and self-discipline! What an incredible ride!
I learned self-control on the smallest tasks which lead to larger goals being achieved.
With self-control I was able to "hush" the noise of the world and develop a deeper God-centered lifestyle.

It was on my heart to help others desiring a similar path. With this, in March 2023, I started “Him Centered Coaching” through my outreach based pottery and arts studio called Under The Horizon, LLC.
The Bodybuilding Potter became a sister-business to the pottery and officially opened for business in 2023.
I am not a pastor, trainer or nutritionist. I am a woman who has seen the amazing healing of God, walked, and continues to walk, the path of a God-centered lifestyle. I research and seek tools to utilize in order to glorify God through self-control while achieving my life's goals.
Having "been-there-done-that" I have the tools and understanding to help you work towards a lifestyle with a basis of self-control, that builds freedom and is anchored in growing of your faith.
I desire to help others learn how to build a God-centered lifestyle.

- 2002 - NPC Figure Bodybuilding Show. 5th Place.
- 2003 - Gave birth to a health and beautiful baby girl
- 2007 - Gave birth to twin health and handsome baby boys.
- 2003-2000 - Struggled with PCOS, Postpartum depression, and severe back and foot issues.
- 2011 - Opened Under The Horizon, an outreach-based pottery and arts studio - HOME of Him Centered Coaching outreach.
- 2020 - Began listening to The Holy Spirits guide to begin to heal.
- 2021 - Began to work God's plan. Healing internally and externally. The goal was set on my heart to walk onto the bodybuilding stage once again in 2023.
- 2023 - 9/23/23 - Re-debut at the NPC Natural Pennsylvania Championships. 1st and 3rd place.
- 2023 - 11/4/23 - NPC Elite Physique. 1st and 3rd place.
- 2024 - Joined the OCB - Organization of Competitive Bodies
- 2024 - 6/27/24 - Quarter Finalist in the Ms. Health and Fitness Contest.
- 2024 - 6/29/24 - 4th place in Masters 35+ at the OCB PA Classic in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
- 2024 - 8/24/24 - 4th place in Open B (tall girls) and 5th in Master 35+ at the OCB Battle for the Belt in Burlington, New Jersey
- 2024 - 9/13/24 - 1st place in Figure Open B, 2nd Figure Masters, and 9th in Women's 100 lbs plus Transformation in Summer Shredding in Houston Texas
- 2024 - 11/2/24 - Summer Shredding Championships - 2nd place in Figure B and top 13 in Women's 100 lbs plus Transformation iin Houston Texas
